Our program included senior representatives from Argentic, Greystone and Situs – three of the largest CMBS special services with the most troubled hotel debt – as well as leading data and analytics company Trepp, the track capital program of HREC, Manhattan Hospitality for Hospitality Industry Insights, and our own hospitality drive and receivership expert to break down the current state of the troubled hotel market and CMBS special services.
Two of our panelists, Jack Westergom of Manhattan Hospitality Advisors and Manus Clancy of analytics firm Trepp, presented slides filled with useful information, and we wanted to make them available to those who couldn’t attend. program.
